Doctor Messenger gives his patients such dedicated care. Beyond just what will help now, he finds the smartest choice for the long term. Dr. Messenger is a god send, after years of chronic foot and ankle pain it’s gone. Dr Messenger and his staff listened and took the time to understand what I was going through. Four months after treatment (PRP injections) my feet & ankles are in no pain. After years of looking for for some form of relief Dr. Messenger relieved my pain from posterior tibial tendonitis. Thank you Dr. Messenger, you rock!

I scheduled a visit with Dr. Messenger when I started to feel pain in my left foot. The doctor examined my foot carefully and advised me to start a regimen of physical therapy and to consider orthotic inserts. There was no pressure, and the final decision was left up to me. Physical therapy and exercise helped somewhat, but I still experienced pain and instability on my foot. I obtained the orthotics and I noticed a marked improvement, but I was far from fully rehabilitated. The doctor suggested an MRI to determine the specific area of pain. I was diagnosed with Sinus Tarsi Syndrome, an inflammation of a specific area in the foot. The doctor suggested PRP therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma Injection Therapy, where a centrifuge extracts the plasma from your blood and the plasma is injected into the area of inflammation.
This course of therapy produced concrete results over the next three weeks. I realized that I was nearly back to my old self, when I was walking unconsciously, without being concerned about the placement of my left foot. I would heartily recommend Doctor Messenger, not just for his medical expertise, but for his bedside manner, and communication skills, which are extraordinary. the staff, especially his receptionist, Yanni, was professional and always called the day prior to my to remind me of my scheduled appointment. I would heartily recommend the doctor for anyone experiencing foot pain, or discomfort.

Dr. Messenger took care of a pesky ingrown toenail problem on both feet. Not only was he extremely efficient and knowledgeable, he also took time explaining the procedure as well as continued care.
There are not a lot of Podiatrists in the city that are as excellent in the field as Dr. Messenger. Both he and his staff were delightful. Look forward to seeing him again if I have future issues.

God is Good! My name is Shelly Johnson and I have been a patient of Dr. Messenger for the last 10 years. I was referred to him by my primary doctor, because I was in need of a foot doctor after being diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Messenger is very honest, takes his time to explain everything, and cares about all of his patients. For example, one day I missed my appointment because I was sick, and he called to check on me. That spoke volume in my book. His office is clean and the staff members are always respectful, helpful, and pleasant. I really enjoy talking to him about anything, because he doesn't mind answering questions.

I went to Dr Messenger very confused and nervous. He went out of his way to understand me. He was deeply empathetic, he took the time to listen to me and he was absolutely honest and gave me a realistic timeline of how long it will take me to recover. His assistant Yanis is phenomenal, she was so accommodating with appointments and rescheduling. You feel cared!
